For the academic year 2007-2008, Mr. Dennis Arroyo, Director of National Planning in the Philippines' National Economic Development Authority, received The Asia Foundation-Stanford APARC Fellowship. Following his Visiting Fellowship at Stanford University, Mr. Arroyo spent two months in The Asia Foundation's Korea office. His work there included expanding his research on reform efforts to the present in Korea, and assessing aspects of Korea's development experience and current economic and administrative practices of possible relevance to other countries.
